• Parent Survey from Governors

  The biannual parent survey is here again! It is really important to us that we hear your views on what the school is doing well and how we could improve. The survey will be available to complete until Friday 22 June.

• Netball Competition at Longfield Academy

  A huge well done to all the children who attended the netball competition on Tuesday 15 June. We are delighted to say that we came third!

   

  Miss Fitzgibbons and Mrs Saunders were extremely proud of their sportsmanship and behaviour throughout the tournament. It was an exceptionally close score and Claire Marlow explained at the end that the results were so close that it was down to points scored to determine the final results.

  

• Maypole Dancing

  The children opened the Waltham Charter Fair with their Maypol dance and other groovy dancing!

   

  The event was really well attended and everyone was impressed with both dances form the past and more modern dancefloor moves.

   

  The children then enjoyed visiting the stalls at the Fair, having a great day of fun at this important community event.

  

• Sports Day

  We all had a fantastic day at our annual Sports Day with some great feedback from the parents, children and staff.
