The fantastic prize came about after our very own Poppy entered the National Magazine Day competition. Thanks to her wonderful entry, our school was selected as a Golden Ticket winner, meaning the whole school community will benefit from £1,000 worth of exciting new reading resources.  But that’s not all! Poppy also won some fantastic prizes of her own, and we were delighted to receive a whopping 250 magazines for our school!  

To celebrate, children across both the school and pre-school will be coming home with a magazine today to enjoy. We hope they have lots of fun exploring the pages, discovering new interests and sharing their love of reading with family at home.  The £1,000 prize will give us a wonderful opportunity to expand and refresh our reading resources, providing even more opportunities for our children to discover exciting stories, explore new topics and develop a lifelong love of reading.
