Christmas Festivities
14 December 2016
On Wednesday 14th December, Waltham-on-the-Wolds had their annual Christmas party and Christmas dinner. In the morning, Ms. Cheryl organised a range of fun party games for all the children such as, musical statues, Christmas corners and dancing competitions. All the children had so much fun dancing away to the latest Christmas songs.
After that, the music was suddenly stopped as Santa’s Bells could be heard. All the children went on a hunt for Santa around the school and found him in Holly class! All the children had the opportunity to tell him what they were wishing for and were delighted with the present he gave them all.
Then, at lunch all the children and staff sat down for their Christmas dinner. Again, there was Christmas music, Christmas crackers and lots of awful jokes! Nevertheless, all the children enjoyed their Christmas dinner, especially the yummy pudding!
Thank you so much to all the dinner staff and teachers for organising such a fantastic and fun Christmas morning.
