Shrove Tuesday

We started the school day with a wonderful assembly lead by Mike Alexander from Waltham Church, reminding the children why celebrating Shrove Tuesday is so important and what it symbolises.
The children then all took it in turns to make their own pancakes and enjoyed eating them after lunch with their choice of topping...delicious!
