On Thursday 16^th February, Leicester City visited Waltham to take over PE lessons for a whole day as part of the school’s ongoing celebration of our new sport’s hall.

The team at the Leicester City Foundation provided superb football coaching to each class throughout the day. Children also had a surprise visit from footballing legend Steve Walsh and none other than Filbert the Fox!

Filbert had a great time meeting all the children and helping sport’s leaders keep everyone active on the playground. Teachers also had the chance to meet Filbert and couldn’t resist the chance to pose!
