On 23rd May, Mrs Hopkins and the Owl Ministers were privileged to be invited to the special licensing ceremony of our new vicar, the Rev John Barr.

The service was held in Waltham Church and was attended by many important dignitaries, including Bishop Martin. Mrs Hopkins was invited to formally welcome Revd John to our community as part of the service and afterwards he spent precious time talking to our Owl Ministers, who were the only children invited, as they had been involved in the interview process.

It was a unique and momentous occasion and one we felt proud to be part of
