Y3/4 Girls Football – 2^nd place 

A brilliant morning of school sport for this group last Thursday, where 9 teams took to the Brooksby College pitches. Starting the day in true football conditions, Waltham began with a 2.0 win against Brownlow, followed by two more victories against Redmile (2.0) and Old Dalby (1.0). The final match-up against Bottesford would decide who came out on top and it was Bottesford who came away 1.0 winners in a closely fought contest. A great event for the girls to develop their dribbling, passing, tracking of players, working together as a team and enjoy the competitive sport environment.  Huge well-done girls 🌟⚽
